After you have logged in to the website, you will be prompted to change your username and password to something that you can easily remember yet is more secure.   We recommend a minimum of 6 characters for your username and password and it should not be something simple like your last name.  In the future, you can always go to the My Profile page and update your username and password as well as your personal information. Upon your first login, you will be directed to the My Profile page to update your information.
